Who is responsible?

Which data?
What you enter in the form: first name, e-mail, municipality, type of property, number of bedrooms, registration status, listing (optional) and phone (optional). We also keep the date of your request, the version of the consent text you accepted and a technical fingerprint of your IP address, used only against abuse.
Why, and on what basis?
To prepare and send your free audit, reply to you and follow up your request. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR, art. 6.1 a and b).
Who has access?
Myself. Technical providers are involved: Cloudflare (hosting of the page, anti-bot protection and secure transmission of your request) and IONOS (mailbox). Requests are received on a server located in Belgium, administered by the publisher. To write the audit, an artificial-intelligence tool receives the text of your listing, the municipality, the number of bedrooms and the registration status, after your e-mail, phone number and links have been removed. No data is resold.
To organise my work I also use the Telegram messaging app and an AI assistant, which can see your first name, your municipality and your property's characteristics; I do not pass them your e-mail address or phone number. These providers may process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. Cloudflare relies for this on its certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on its data processing addendum (DPA).
For how long?
Six months after your last exchange, then deletion. If you ask not to be contacted any more, your details are erased immediately; only an irreversible fingerprint is kept so that you are not approached again.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@stayor.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority: dataprotectionauthority.be.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies or analytics tools. Cloudflare's anti-bot check (Turnstile) is the only third-party service the site loads: it analyses technical signals (IP address, browser type) solely to detect bots, on my behalf; Cloudflare may also use them, as a separate controller, to improve its detection. It may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security, exempt from consent and not used for tracking.
